Is your shop licenced?

YES. Our shop is fully legal and the license code is: 1790/2008. This is your quality guarantee. Not many internet shops can offer this to you.


 

How to purchase

The purchase process in Cupido's Shop is very simple, safe, and discreet.
Follow the steps below, if you have any difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact us.


1- Begin by searching for your items:

You have two options to do so.

- You may use our search box for direct searching of a specific product. To do so, please start typing the item that you are looking for in our automatic search box. The less characters you use, the easier it will be to find what you are looking for. The ideal is to start with 3 characters, wait to see what appears and then write more, one at a time.
You may also search by reference code.

- Or you can use the predefined categories and subcategories on the left column.

Note:
For use of the automatic search feature, less is best. The less letters you use to search, more results will be shown.
Ex: If you are searching for vibrators, write only VIB. Like this all products with VIB in the word will be shown.
 


2 - Placing items in your Shopping Cart:

To place items in your shopping basket, all you need to do is click on the basket of the product that you would like to purchase. You may add as many items as you wish before checking out.
Choice of size is very important, don't forget to select your correct size! If you are not sure on your size, please use the sizing chart.



3 - View Shopping Cart:

Once you have chosen all the items you wish to purchase, click on the shopping cart icon to visualize your cart.

Here you may remove any item you do not wish to purchase.
Check to make sure that the reference is of the item of choice.



4 - Ordering:

To order the items in your cart, just fill in the form with all the requested details and choose a password to make your future orders easier.
If you are already our customer, just login with your email and chosen password.

If you prefer, orders may be sent to a different name and address. To do so, please fill in the alternative address form in the ordering process.

Important note:
The name of whom the order is to be sent to, must be the same as their ID card. Otherwise delivery may not be possible.

How may I pay my order at Cupido's Sex Shop?

Lastly, and so that your order can be sent out to you, you may chose from several different payment methods all depending on the country you wish your order to be sent to:


5.1 - Payment upon reception of goods
Only for the few countries that accept this, your goods may be charged by the post man when you receive them. If you are not at home he will leave a postal note for you to pick up your order at the post office.
This delivery method has an extra charge of € 2.50 or € 6.50 depending on the delivering country.
Below you will find the countries that accept Payment upon reception of goods.

Note:
If your order is returned to us because your address was not inserted correctly in the form, or you didn´t manage to make it to the post office within the 5 days you had to pick up your parcel, regrettably we will have to charge you for a new dispatch for your parcel to be sent again. Second dispatches must be paid for in advance.


5.2 - By bank transfer or direct deposit
By choosing to pay your goods by bank transfer you will save on the additional "payment upon reception of goods fee".
In this process as soon as your parcel is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email with the payment details.
Payments may be processed on ATM machines, at your bank, through internet banking or even on your mobile phone if it has this function.
Your items will be sent out as soon as we receive payment confirmation.

If you prefer you may take care of the bank transfer as soon as you complete your order, even before we send you the confirmation email. If for any reason any item ordered is not in stock (not usual) you will be informed via email and given the possibility to exchange the item out of stock for another one, or refunded for the exceeding value already paid.

After you complete the bank transfer you must email us your official bank transfer confirmation, stating your order number.


5.3 - By Credit Card or Mb WAY
For credit card payments we use the "SIBS" terminal which is Portugal's only official credit card platform. It is the most secure credit card payment platform. You may use it with confidence.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and MB WAY.

With this method you will also save on the additional "payment upon reception fee".

MB Way only works if the phone number used in our registration is the same as the number used in your MBWAY account.
The payment must be made through the MB Way App (DOES NOT WORK if you enter your online bank with the MB Way option).
 
Please follow these steps:
- Place your order on our website, choosing the “MB Way” option for payment;
- A confirmation request for pending payment will appear on your mobile phone;
- If the necessary information does not appear, we recommend that you close and reopen the MB Way application.
- Then open the “Activity” tab and click on “Pending Payment”.

5.4 - Paypal
We also have Paypal if you prefer to use your account or use your credit card through this service.


Discount codes
If you have a discount code, please insert it in the box at the last step of the checkout process.


NOTE:
If for some reason the item ordered is not in stock when it should be, we firstly present our most sincere apologies. In this case we will send you an informative email, presenting you with some options or the possibility to cancel the order.

 




How much do I have to pay for delivery at Cupido's Sex Shop?

Delivery fee is based on the weight of your parcel and will appear in the last step of the shopping cart.

We are neither liable, neither will we return any shipping costs, if you decide to quit your order, due to eventual delays caused by the courier.)

We will not be liable for items retained at customs if the reason is "ILEGAL IMPORTATION" or "ABANDONMENT" AND NO VALUE WILL BE REFUNDED.

To avoid retained goods, please confirm that the items you intend to import, are legal in your country and be pro-ative with the import process.

Few difficulties should be found when importing to countries in the EEC.




Delivery Times

All items "in stock" will be placed by us in the mail by 4pm (16 H) every week day, and are expected to arrive at the shipping address within 1 to 15 working days depending on your country. If you do not receive your order in this timeline, please contact us because there is clearly a problem which we will sort out for you.

After 30 days if you have not received your order, we will send you another one or issue a full refund. 


 

Locating your order

All orders are shipped by express mail service with tracking numbers.
To locate your order fill in the tracking number given to you by us, in the Portuguese postal web site.
If you have any difficulty locating your order please call our customer support.




How are parcels packed at Cupido's Shop?

At Cupido's Shop discretion is of most importance. Our packages do not have any reference from our shop or business. Orders are sent out with a personal name as the sender.

We use two different kinds of packages:
- Postal air bubble opaque envelopes.
- Opaque card board boxes.




Do our products have waranty?

Yes, all our items are covered by legal guarantee.

If you believe the item you received is faulty, please inform us within 15 days of reception. Please give a full description of the fault and return the item in its original box together with the invoice. Please clean items before returning.

If after tested the product is proved faulty, it will be eligible for full refund or exchange.



IF I AM NOT SATISFIED, CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT?

According to nº 1 of Decree Law 143/2001, of April 26 "In distance contracts, the consumer has a minimum period of 14 days to terminate the contract".

If the product was not what you ordered, has a manufacturing defect or your are not satisfied with it, you can return it within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt.

For hygiene reasons, we only accept products in the original packaging and unless it is a defect, without violating the plastic bag that surrounds it.
Films can only be returned in case of defect, and will always be for the same title. If the title is discontinued, exceptionally, exchange for another one will be allowed.

We will not accept returns of used or damaged items by the customer. Within 6 months, if a customer fails to reply to an ongoing case where the return has not been accepted by us, it will be considered abandoned, and destroyed.

We will not accept returns of Christmas, Carnival or Halloween items, having the pieces been kept by the customer throughout and after the season in question.

Changes and returns of clothing must be communicated on the day of receipt and returned as soon as the next day. Management reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return if these deadlines are not met.

If your order is returned for the 2nd time, as it has not been collected, a replacement fee of € 5 will be charged.

In Remaining Item (DELIVERY POINT), whenever an order is returned without damage or defect, a replacement fee of € 5 will be charged.

If you choose to return the amount, and it is by bank transfer, a fee of € 1 will be charged. Unless the item is defective or malfunctioning.

LINGERIE AND CLOTHING
If the lingerie or item of clothing you ordered does not fit you or is not quite what you were looking for, you can return it, however you must respect some rules for this.

You should make sure that all labels are intact. We will not accept returns for clothes with removed tags.

Please try on the garments, but always ontop of your underwear!

If we find that the garment has been used, washed or is soiled, we will not accept the return. In these cases, the items will be sent back to the customer, charging the respective postage fees.

Unfortunately this policy does not cover latex clothing, socks and catsuits. Once the packaging is broken, we are unable to exchange it. If you are unsure of your size, you should choose the size above.

SHIPPING COSTS:

  • SIZE EXCHANGES (Textile): Size change send outs will have no cost to the customer.* After confirmation of the exchange, the customer will only assume the cost of sending the item to our instalations. *Except items on sale.
     
  • EXCHANGES FOR ANOTHER ARTICLE: Whenever the customer intends to exchange one article for another, according to the conditions mentioned above, the customer assumes the shipping charges to our facilities. The new article is sent free of charge.
     
  • RETURNS: Whenever the customer intends to return an item without any defect or damage, according to the conditions mentioned above, the customer assumes the shipping charges to our facilities. If you have used free shipping, a replacement fee of 5 Euros will be charged.
     
  • MISTAKES: We are only human, and sometimes we can make mistakes. If this happens and if the customer wishes, the wrong item will be collected by us, and the correct item will be sent free of charge to the customer.

We do advise you to send us your returns by registered post. We will not be liable for items we have not received.

Promotions

All promotions are exclusive to the web shop.
We will not return delivery costs on promotion items.
