WE CHANGE FOR FREE!

As soon as you receive the clothes or lingerie pieces you ordered, we ask that you try them on.

You should always try them with a washed body, and being lingerie, always on top of your own lingerie so as not to dirty the pieces.

If the items do not fit, contact us by EMAIL or by PHONE, to solicitate the exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, but the resend is free of charge.

As soon as we receive the item, we will send the desired size. Free of charge!

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE

• The deadline for communicating exchanges is 24 hours after receipt;
• The service covers the possibility of 1 exchange (can be several parts);
• Before requesting an exchange, you must make sure that all labels are intact. We will not exchange items whose tags have been removed;
• If we find that the item has been used, washed or is dirty, we will not accept the exchange. In these cases, the items will be sent back to the customer, charging the respective postage;
• Socks, tights and bodystockings are not exchanged;
• The products must be well packaged, so as not to be damaged during transport.
• We do not exchange items with damaged packaging.
• Free service is not available for items on sale.
