Waist training | Waist Cinching
Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using a waist cincher or corset. Also known as waist cinching, this practice came to prominence during Victorian times, where women pursued a thin waist line.
Waist training requires dedication. You will not slim your waist over night. Waist cinching is a life style, and wearing your waist cincher should become a habit. The more you use your waist cincher the better the results.
Unfortunately, this technique is never permanent, because our body is always changing. However, if you make a habit of using your waist cincher, combined with a healthy diet and exercise, your waist will slim and stay slim. The cincher will just help maintain and reshape your waist, giving you that super sexy pin-up-girl look.
Recommendation
When choosing your corset for waist training, be sure to choose one with rear adjustable cord and as many bone structures as possible. You may also like to try one with metal bone structures for an even tighter fit. In general, the more bone structures, the better the results. Keep in mind that great corsets for waist training will not be cheap.
Choosing your Corset
Corset training should be done very gradually. When choosing your corset, we always recommend buying one size below your real size. When you can't tighten your corset anymore, then it is time to purchase a new one. Once again, a smaller size than you really are.
Choose a corset with as many bones in the structure as possible (look at the image. The structures are the vertical seams).
On your second corset you may like to try one with a metal structure rather that plastic. Plastic bone structures are more comfortable to wear, and easier to get used to. But of course, metal structures are more efficient. Save that option for your second corset.
How to use
1st rule of thumb: Please don't over do it!
There is only so much waist you should healthily try to cinch before it starts to become unhealthy for you. Specialists recommend up to 14 cm with a cincher, but of course, you should be working out, eating healthily and drinking lots of water. So, you should be able to loose a little more.
Start using your corset for one or two hours a day, 4 or 5 days a week. Take a day off, if you feel like it.
Don't stress yourself and don't try to get results after one day or even one week. Waist cinching is a process, it takes time. Be patient.
In one month you should start noticing the difference.
Never tighten your corset until it hurts or you can't breath. That's not the point either. Leave it nice and tight. Feel that it is tight, but not uncomfortable.
Gradually, increase the hours you wear your corset. Go upto 5 to 8 hours, 5 days a week, if you like. But if you feel uncomfortable, just take it off.
As said before, results will vary and depend on how much you are committed. One thing is for sure, they work and they give you a super sexy tight waist that most men are crazy about!
