Interchangeable Weighted Kegel Ball Set

This set of interchangeable weighted Kegel balls has been designed to make pelvic floor training progressive, customisable and suited to each user's experience. This variety allows you to create a truly progressive training routine. You can start with the lighter weights and gradually move on to heavier ones when you are able to perform the exercises with greater ease and control.

Holder for 1 or 2 Balls

The set includes two silicone holders:

• One holder for use with 1 ball
• One holder for use with 2 balls

This configuration allows you to further adapt the difficulty and sensation during training. The double holder allows different weights to be combined and various resistance configurations to be created, making the set much more versatile than conventional fixed-weight Kegel balls.

How Kegel Exercises Work

Kegel exercises work the pelvic floor muscles through voluntary contractions. After placing the ball or balls in the holder and inserting the exerciser, contract your pelvic floor muscles for approximately 5 seconds and relax for another 5 seconds. You can begin with 4 or 5 consecutive repetitions and gradually increase until you can hold the contraction for approximately 10 seconds, allowing rest periods between each repetition. For regular training, you can start with approximately 15 contractions per day and gradually increase according to your comfort and ability.

How to Get Started

For beginners, it is advisable to start with the 20 g weight. Insert the exerciser using water-based lubricant and keep the retrieval cord outside. When you can perform the exercises comfortably and with control, gradually progress to heavier weights. The aim is not to use the heaviest weight as quickly as possible, but to develop strength and control gradually and comfortably.
