USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• 1. Clean the chest area well with water and soap to remove any residue from body lotion or sweat. Using a soft towel, dry the skin thoroughly.
• 2. Remove the protective paper, place around the areola, pull to lift as desired, and stick the remaining adhesive.
• 3. If desired, then place the nipple cover flowers.

REMOVAL

• 1. To remove, simply peel off one cup at a time, from bottom to top.
• 2. Wash the skin to remove adhesive residues.
