Produced in high quality silicone, this Kegel Ball Kit is ideal for exercising your pelvic muscles for more intense orgasms and greater control over the bladder.

Includes 3 balls with varying sizes and weights to be used gradually to achieve a stronger and more flexible pelvic musculature. Preventing or treating urinary incontinence, and leaving the vagina healthier.

USE

The use is very simple, just insert a ball inside the vagina, and make your life normally :)
The pellets then trigger their own movement inside the vagina, forcing your pelvic muscles to contract involuntarily.

• In the first 30 days you should use the 57g ball for 30 minutes a day;
• In the following 30 days you should use the ball of 69.5g for 30 minutes a day;
• After this 60 days, you should use the heavier, 86g ball for 30 minutes a day;
• It is important that you regularly use the balls to maintain toning your PC muscles.

For faster results, exercises should be done walking, running, dancing, swimming or housework, rather than sitting or lying down. This is because inside the balls there is a metallic sphere, which when moving will force the PC muscles to react, stimulating them to contract and relax systematically.

BENEFITS

• Prevents and treats urinary incontinence;
• Increases the elasticity of the pelvic muscles;
• Re-tightens the vagina offering more pleasure to both;
• More intense orgasms.

WARNINGS

• If you have a problem with the reproductive system, you should consult your doctor before using the balls;
• Do not use the balls during pregnancy, or during menstruation;
• If you feel discomfort or inflammation, consult your doctor.
