Progressive Pelvic Floor Training in 3 Levels

The SVAKOM Kegel ball set is designed for progressive and effective training of the pelvic floor muscles. The set includes one single ball and two double-ball models, with different weights and diameters, allowing you to gradually increase the level of difficulty. As the weight increases, the diameter decreases, requiring the pelvic floor muscles to work harder to keep the balls correctly positioned.

3 Progressive Training Levels

The set allows you to start with the larger, lighter model and gradually progress to smaller, heavier balls. This progression makes it easier to adapt to training and enables you to increase muscular demand in a controlled way:

• Level 1: single ball – larger diameter and lighter weight
• Level 2: double balls – intermediate size and greater weight
• Level 3: smaller double balls – heavier weight and a greater muscular challenge

Internal Weights That Create Movement

Inside are moving weights that shift with body movements. This movement adds dynamic stimulation and may trigger small reflex contractions of the pelvic muscles, making training more active during normal daily movements.

Discreet Everyday Training

The balls can be used during everyday activities, allowing pelvic floor training to be discreetly incorporated into your routine. The aim is to progressively improve muscular awareness and control, while also potentially contributing to more intense intimate sensations.

Soft and Comfortable Silicone

All three models feature a soft, smooth surface designed for comfortable insertion. Each ball also has an elastic removal stem with a ring, making insertion and removal easier after use.

Waterproof and Easy to Clean

The set is waterproof, making it easy to clean after each use. It also includes a SVAKOM pouch for discreet and protected storage.
