Instructions for use:

• Clean the chest area well with water and soap to remove any residue of body cream or sweat. With the help of a soft towel, clean the skin well until it is completely dry.
• Remove the protective paper, stick around the areola, pull to lift as much as desired, and stick the remaining adhesive.
• If desired, then place the nipple cover flowers.

Removing:

• To remove, simply remove one cup at a time, from bottom to top.
