2 - All our content, texts, and images are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized total or partial copying will be subject to legal action.

3 - In Internet promotion, spam will not be allowed. Any complaints will result in the actions referred to in paragraph no.8.

4 - Any defamatory campaign will be punished in accordance with the law.

5 - False information about discounts that do not correspond to those practiced by the affiliate and that aim to deceive the customer will be subject to the actions in paragraph no. 8.

6 - The affiliate is not allowed to use their promotional code to make personal purchases.

7 - Failure to comply with any of the above points will result in cancellation without notice and non-payment of pending commissions.

8 - By joining, you are accepting the GDPR.



COMMISSION PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1 - Commissions will be calculated based on the net value of the order after the customer's discount.

2 - Commissions will be paid upon request by the commissionaire upon reaching a minimum of €25.
They will be based on orders whose payment has been confirmed (about 15 days after receipt by the customer).

3 - Information, order statuses, as well as received and pending commissions, can be viewed in real-time on your commissionaire page after logging in.

4 - Payments will be made by bank transfer or PayPal, after issuing the invoice/receipt.
