PICK-UP POINTS - CTT SHOPS (Week days)

The ctt pick-up-point service allows you to pick-up your orders directly at any ctt shop of your choosing, at any time of the day that suits you best.

Whilst ordering, just select this service in the options, and, in the alternative address, fill in the address of the ctt shop you intend to use.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Easy!

1 - Place your order normally, and select the service on the options;
2 - We will then send the order to the shop of your choice. (In 24 hours, for all orders placed before 4:30pm. Working days);
4 - Track your order to know when it arrives at the CTT shop. (5 days for pick-up);
5 - Present the tracking code and your ID card, and your order will be given to you. 

DONE!

ALL ORDERS ARE SENT OUT IN VERY, VERY DISCREET PACKAGING!
Orders are sent out in normalised brown cardboard boxes, with no mention of the contents, neither the provenance.

OBS: €5 re-stocking fee will be charged if an item is returned, that is not malfunctioned or defect.
