Vinyl garments should be washed in lukewarm water with a small quantity of neutral detergent.

Carefully, wash each side of your garment.

Hang dry, inside-out first. As soon as one side is practically dried, turn to dry the vinyl side.

You may also use a small quantity of latex shiner to add shine to your vinyl wear.
